- 1 sm garlic clove
- 1 scallion
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, roasted
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne

Peel the garlic and crush it to a pulp. Cut the scallion crosswise into very thin rounds (you only need 1 tablespoon of this). Combine the garlic, 1 tablespoon sliced scallion, the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds and ground red pepper in a small serving bowl and mix well. |
