  • ½ cup fish sauce
  • cups rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 green chiles

directions

Combine the fish sauce, vinegar and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Cut the chiles into fine rounds and put them into the sauce.

Notes

Probably better if you double the sugar, but still not great.
