- 12 sun-dried tomatoes, halves
- 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 24 fresh basil leaves
- 1 lb. pasta
1. Combine all ingredients except pasta in blender; blend to coarse paste. Season with salt & pepper.
2. Cook pasta. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water. Add water to the blender and give it another whirl; toss pasta with the sauce.
